Trying to find the correct tool to remove wires from the connectors of a 2011 Chrysler Town & Country rear lift gate power module. Working with the 12 way and 22 way connector. I have wires that have corroded off right at the back side of the plugs. Haven't been able to find any info on the tool or replacement terminals. Chrysler dealers claim they have no tool number listed.

Thanks!

You need a pin tool kit. There are ways to make your own but kits like this are very helpful.tool

i use those pin tools like you show in the link frequently, just because of the way the door/gate wiring is designed allows for breakage and corrosion to be common place.
the connectors shown may be deutche connectors ? i can't really see the pic that good.

Yep, looks like something I could use. Bad thing is by the time I figure out which one is the correct tool, probably have the connector body ruined ! lol !!

I did a fix on the Ram headlight issue on a 1998.

Did each wire separately... a pain but it worked. The factory recall fix was no better than the original

You need something like this. They slide into the cavity, releasing them from inside so you can pull them out. Yes, I'm pretty sure the terminals are the Deustch(?)

Thanks, have a kit on the way. Would be nice if they supplied a manual on what tools work with each type of connector. I know some are pretty straight forward, but others, not so much. After you figure out the correct tool for the pin and see how it releases, it's pretty easy to take them apart. But trying to get that first one not knowing how it releases makes them a beeotch !
