I've been racing a door car (Slow one mid 11's, now mid s) since 2003. I've always used M/T, but did try 1 set of Goodyears and 1 set of Hoosiers. I typically ran 11 lbs in my Mickey's, but when I tried the Goodyears (Back in like 2004/2005) I had to run 8lbs because the tires vibrated so badly. I switched back to M/T after than. My last set of tires I wanted to go to a little taller tire so I got a set of Hoosiers (That's what's currently on my car).. My car slowed up .02 in 60' and about .05 in the 1/8th. Not sure if it was the tire or because I went from a 30" to a 31" tire. I haven't had a issue with the Hoosiers, they perform well, but my next set will be M/T. Just seem like the sidewalls last longer and get more runs out of M/T vs Hoosiers.

I feel like M/T makes the best tires as a whole. For a dragster I don't think there is a better choice than the little bubbas from M/T.
