I saw the car at the show and it made me think of a Willys that crashed years ago at LVD. It was a bad build and I was thinking of the same thing about this car............
67 Coronet 500 9.610 @ 139.20 mph 67 Coronet 500 (street car) 14.82 @ 94 mph 69 GTX (clone) - build in progress......

Is it just me, or is the back end of that car kind of odd looking? Looked to me like it had been chopped off.

I’m just glad nobody was walking down the sidewalk during this. I’m so thankful I gave up my need for a fast street car years ago.

![iagree iagree](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/custom/iagree.gif) just built for show and doing burnouts and donuts He better learn how to do burnouts in a straight line first. Lol. Please don't tell me it's the same guy. ![shock shock](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/custom/shock.gif) The car was awful. I heard lots of negative comments, even before he flipped it. I didn't see the wreck, but they pushed it past us on the way out late Saturday. It was freezing and I think the car had the old useless M/T bias Sportsman Pro street tires on it when I looked at it. Old cold, dirty side street, may as well have been snow.

On the other hand, there were some really nice cars there. Always a fun, interesting trip.

No doubt he'll blame it on something wrong or broke in the car. A professional with all that seat time would never ball up a car like that unless something happened to cause it.
Haven't seen any video of him climbing out. I can imagine him standing on top of the car, and putting his hands in the air going "Yeeeehaaaw"

So the legal out come of these shenanigans will likely be, all show vehicles must now leave the exhibitor floor on a trailer. Very few of the cars there would be something that could be pushed out the door and driven around downtown Indianapolis. I'm surprised they found a side street to pull a stunt like that in the area. It's a congested area in the middle of the city. It's not a big issue like a regular car show. And most of the people there are not knuckleheads who pull stunts like that. In the future, the PRI people will likely issue some kind of rule that you can't pull stunts like that under threat of not being allowed back. I've never seen that at any of the shows I've been to, even in Florida. One dimwit in the bunch. Just not a big deal.
