I've owned and work on some original stock T/A and AAR Cuda 340 six pack motors, they all had the 1970 casting 916 heads with either the O or J casting by the rear driver side spark plugs I've never seen a SB head with those type end exhaust ports until this picture was posted

Similar situation was with the more recent production 308 heads. The over-the-counter version was the 576 head. It didn't have EGR holes under the exhaust. But Mopar sold them machined different ways, including an offset pushrod T/A version. If I find the pics of 894 T/A heads, I'll post them. They were not used on production cars, but supposedly were cast for racers that needed the 894 casting number.

Here are the 894 T/A pics. Them be some rare parts Thanks for sharing them When Mopar quit racing in that series(Trans Am I think it was called) Keith Black racing had a bunch of heads, blocks and crankshaft cores that John Deanna ended up getting his hands on from them to help Diirect Connection program develop the W2 racing heads. I wonder if his where some of those castings? A friend of mine that drag raced 340 SB back then ended up with a lot of his original race parts for penny on the dollar John was good man

Any idea where I can get the offset rockers pictured? I have everything but the Intake rockers to make these work. I need to find the rockers at a decent price or sell/ trade the heads. Thanks for any assistance.

One thing that’s interesting on the heads Loco posted is they appear to be using Hemi retainers and have small stem valves, along with the stands being drilled offset to move the shafts farther from the valves.
