Is it possible that you have air trapped in the cooling system? Looks like the highest point is the thermostat housing. maybe needs a bleed screw to just to be purged the air out of the system?

Hello Guys ! i bought a new Big Radiator... im working for installation... but also with this the water neck look like a little bit higher than radiator ... i hope can make air in the circuit ... im also undecided if put a reservoir tank or not ?

Hello , got is now hoses and new billet water neck filler .... is a little bit higher than the radiator ... i hope no more air inside.. expansion tank will be from water filler , i installed 25lb cap in the radiator and 19 lb cap on the filler

My junk runs mid to low 8s, I run a cheap summit brand one,i think it’s for a camaro or something. 3 core, mounted under the trunk floor, Taurus fan, meziere electric pump. Can cruise all day never gets over 170-180 Apples to oranges here. A new style engine w/ a turbo won't build nearly the amount of heat as the OP's engine will. I have several friends w/ GM LS powered turbo cars that are FAST and the cooling systems they use (like yours) make me jealous, lol.
