Ok, it is fake, but this was the only show where I saw any of the car guys have to cut down trees to protect the junk cars from being enveloped in an avalanche of trees. I kind of expected one of them to cut off a leg or arm with a chainsaw. I enjoyed it despite the shenanigans.

$70,000 asking price for that 69 Roadrunner

Yikes Yikes

I thought Ron Jeremy did a nice job putting that Harley together - Looked decent for what it was

Yup! That was the routine I got a few years back. I was pointed their way as he had a bunch of humpster Javelins at one point and I was restoring mine. I want a hood, some trim, etc. You know, willing to spend some money and had a small pickup (1/2 ton GM stepside) that I could haul with. But I had no trailer and you certainly couldn't tow with a 1/2 ton, 3-speed truck.

Nope. No parts. Buy the whole car. He wouldn't deliver and I had no way to tow. AND RIDICULOUS prices for absolute garbage. I paid $2500 for a running, driving '73 Javelin. He wanted at that time, 3k for a rusty crock with no keys, papers or wheels. Guess we can't do business and then I got hung up on. Definitely didn't leave me with a very good impression.

That's the impression I got. The Guy has a big heart and that's reading through the tv bs. twocents

I wish him well also and will keep watching. Much respect for his successful business and dumping his money into Hot Rods. The day is here that no one will buy Plymouth Prowlers, Vipers, SRT's, Miatas, Mustangs, GT500's, 350z's and all of it will just wind up at a crusher.

While we are on the subject, check out "Fastest Car" on Netflix. If Dooshbaggy, slicked back soap-opera car shows is more your style; skip it.

i've watched all the episodes.. its like a train wreck that you just have to watch. cars look like polished turds when they are done but hey its something to watch on down time.. does have a lot of mopes in that yard.

It's better to keep your mouth shut and give the impression that you're stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.

Agree
The cars and scenery in the background are great.

I thought that Avery character was Ron Jeremy.
