Thanks Mike , I'd never ,ever ..EVER would discount the level of work you perform on that car or the others you have or are building .. I thought others would understand my attempt at a tongue in cheek joke but, I guess they don't follow the class as close as I do and thought I was attacking you or others that have beautiful cars that still are fast and are dedicated to Mopars ..unlike others (another tongue in cheek joke for those that don't know the participants well ) Fast is fast , beautiful is more fun to look at IMO !!

Not that Bigdad needs defending but I and a few others know who he was quoting. Like everything in SS/AH things up front go in cycles. But incredible car.

Man thats funny stuff,I love Will Ferrel
I thought Warfords car was nice but you topped yourself with this. As much as I looked at this car at Columbus and Indy, I had never noticed the on/off lever on the rear. I talked to you about the master cyl. and thought that was cool until you showed me the trans dip stick!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bigdad, I don't know what your point is, but you are out of your league here, you have some show-quality cars yourself, but no racing notoriety.
I think his point is the forward bars are clearly chromed & it's been my experiance that NHRA frowns heavily on plating any stressed parts do to the potential for hydrogen embridlement...
Not meaning to take away from the car, it's beautiful & obviously fast...
My other comment would be I think the name "Silver Bullet" is/has been taken...
The front down bars are not necessarily considered part of the cage. At least that was what I was told by the chassis guy I talked to before we started on the Daytona.
The rest of the cage appears to be silver paint.
