1219 = 5/1/69

did HOLLEY offer replacements for 4392. 4393 & 4394 in the '80s/'90s if so how did they differ?

Exactly. I think that Holley continued the production run for replacement carbs. If they did, I don't know if they made all three carb models, and what the production month was. I think I remember someone saying they were "December" carbs (1970?). Although I have a couple of relatively low production numbers matching cars, the numbers thing is not really my cup of tea, so I would not put too much stake into my comment.

Just remembered to look. My 4393 carbs have a 4/2/69 production date. I purchased them new, in the box, in 1978.
