No, but the weather was not good.

They were almost empty .... NHRA must be getting big bucks from Fox to put on these shows.

They were pretty full yesterday for the Fuel finals. They showed MMPS after that and they were almost empty.

The gatornationals sold out. Last year when I was at Phoenix, that was sold out too. Nowhere on Earth can you experience anything that compares to a NHRA nitro show.

For those of you that have never been to ZMAX those stands hold LOTS of people to compared to most tracks. I was only there for a few hours and one pass on Drag Week but wow, what a place.

These pics will likely be sideways,

Yeah, you could put the "huge" crowds that show up for some races in that place and it would look empty.

Larry Dixon has always been one of the NHRA's most popular drivers, for good reasons. While he may have messed up and not followed the correct procedures I don't know why NHRA is being so punitive.

Try that. My cut and paste failed.

Agreed. This place is unlike any place else I've been. And I've been out of the hills a few times.

I didn't notice arm restraints.. Did you catch the 1/8 mile number. They had it backed way down.

3.70 @ 240. Salinas went 3.72 at Charlotte and his 660 numbers were 2.99 @ 290. Watching the Dixon video, the header flames went out well before the 1/8 so there's that. The man who was paying for the ride was happy so that's all that matters I guess.
