Thank you for the replies. I'll be buying a carb this week.
AndyF, yes the few things that car needs to make it perfect, would be fuel injection, 5 speed, and a paint job. Its crazy how much all the stuff has come down in price. I don't know about paint. I like the sleeper look on that car.
'67 is an abbreviation of 1967 67' is an abbreviation of 67 feet They are not interchangeable.

I have a AED carb, they make them for circle track racers.... I believe it was around $750US a few years ago. I’m currently building a new small block for the car and can’t see why I would use anything other than a Holley sniper on it unless something better hits the market in the next few months.

Unless the rules require a carb I'd run EFI these days on any track or autocross car. I don't see any reason to have fuel sloshing around in a carb when you can bolt on a throttle body. Not to mention the auto tuning and data logging that you get. I had this problem on my first autocross event with the Dart. Out of the gate, there was a hard right turn, and 3 out of 4 of my runs the carb flooded and I was DQed. It was quite embarrassing.

I recently went with Holley as I heard Fitech had some customer services issues for a while. Holley is supposed to be better with support. So far I have not needed customer support for my Sniper, so I have no personal experience. Price is not that far apart with Summit running its $101 off $1000 special now. There is a lot you can do with the Sniper besides letting it self tune, but I have no knowledge how Fitech compares there.
