I look at it like this for my car. Its a street car that I can run any size exh I like so I just run a full 3" system out the rear of the car with Dyno-Max Ultra-Flow mufflers. Don't know if it would be any faster uncapped because I have never uncapped it. And I can race in some NSS races with the exh on my car. Ron

So what im hearing about the engine is the carb, intake, and cam is the problem. Would it still be possible to make 500-550 hp by changing the carb and intake but keeping the cam? I chose this cam bc of the lower rpm range, and it still has a good amount of lift (.494/.513)
