I ran them on my SB for about 1 year.. shifted at 8200 rpm.. I bought a set of TD so I swapped them out.. I still have them on 1 of my back-up engines... mine are on a set of ported W-2s

they are the std ones for j heads what would you go for then Well it comes down to what you can afford. 1.) T&D (buy them once and never look back) 2.) Harland Sharp (expensive in my opinion) 3.) Hughes (best for money spent) 4.) Crane

Getting replacements would be the biggest concern. The Blue Mopar rockers are made by Crane, not sure Crane still makes the offset arms these days.
If they are going to replace them, I'd go with a system with a bearing, like the T&D paired shaft deal.

Sorry, I've got W2 rockers on the brain at the moment, so excuse my last post. Put a full roller rocker in it to be on the safe side. Something like the Crane style, I'd be checking them after each event. Once the roller goes in, it will be sitting on 7K plus. Don't skimp on the push rods either

Crane is not making any aluminum shaft rockers for small blocks ...straight or offset...
