Toss up. I have Strange struts and brakes in the front of my car, Wildwood in the back. I have found it easier to deal with Wildwood over Strange.

More street than strip...I'd use Wilwood. Those ultrarare Wildwood kits are right up there w/ the super hard to find Elderblock intake manifolds. Don't forget those Brodak blocks and cylinder heads too.

I have had a wilwood kit on the front of my 68 Baracuda for 15 or so years. It has been great, no complaints. I just had to replace the rotors(should have a long time ago) and didn't have any trouble finding them and they weren't priced to bad, pads are cheap, no complaints. I just put a wilwood kit on the rear but I have not driven it yet.

Wilwood makes a lightweight kit with vented rotors, that work real nice in a street strip application. That's what I have, been great.

WOW Nice find. Looks pretty clean for a 68. My brother found a 68 in AZ and it was nice like the one you found. Anything here in the south is either rusted to the ground, or shot full of bullet holes be the red necks.

Wilwood is absolutely at the bottom of the food chain as far as customer service. Look up some of the old Moparts posts on Wilwood. Technically its pretty decent stuff but customer service can be off the charts bad if you need any real support. I have Wilwood front and back on the race car. In my case I had to file a dispute with my CC provider and Wilwood fired back that I was totally incompetent and had no right trying to install their equipment.
Had a lug nut issue go bad with Strange at the same time. Sent a letter to president of Wilwood and Strange. Sitting in my office I get a call from Jeff Stang (president of Strange) apologizing for what happened and sent me all new parts no charge. Wilwood ignored me.
So in my opinion absolutely Strange...............

I went with strange front and rear including the master cylander absolutly love them, no problems at all, never ran Wilwood so cannot tell you anything about them except a few guy's that have run them had some rotor cracking and warping issues only to find out that Wilwood sent them too light a set-up for their weight and mph.
Light travels faster than the speed of sound,,,this is why some people seem bright untill you hear them speak.

Consider tire sizes and the amount of street vs. track use when deciding on brake kits, balance, etc. Don't put a ton of brake on the front, then put 4" wide tires on it.
If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.

I refuse to do any paint or bodywork on this one since the patina is mint. Hoping another one of those Jegs 30% coupons will pop-up again soon Thanks for all the suggestions!!
