Pages 8-152 & 153 are for Challenger (Rallye cluster). I think you want to be back at 8-165. Oops! yours might be different in a Plymouth manual. Mine is for the Dodge. Never the less..... It should be the same for '71 B-bodies. Yeah, I'm using the 1971 Plymouth Chassis Manual, and those two pages contain the engine wiring diagram for Barracuda and Satellite.

That is definitely Cruise control wires! I took some pictures of mine. They are quite heavy gauge and reduce down to very light gauge inside the cabin after the connector and up the steering column. My originals had the canvas cover on them as well, that was deteriorated out near the servo, so I replaced with a harness off a '73 (the original had a red appearing wire) like yours, the '73 had different colors but that may have been just the way they aged. The FSM shows them to be yellow, black and dark blue but they appear to be yellow, black and green. here are some pics if I can do this right..... Thanks, I think we have a winner! Not sure why my wires are different color, but this looks like what it is. The only part that is still on the car is the turn-signal lever, and I'm not going to try to restore everything else. I'm already into enough work trying to replace all the under-hood components of the A/C system. Thanks, everyone! Roger
