I have seen one of those at Woodburn racing in Sportman, I'm told it has a 440 motor in it and runs in the 12.s I believe confused
A friend of mine has a 1966 that he is working on for a street rod, leaning tower of power with a three on the tree originally, he is planning using a 360 with a 904 or 727, what ever he can get and use easily work
Did Dodge make the pickup version in both 98 and 108 wheelbases?

Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)

Here is the only picture, if it works! of the brakes, you basically get the brackets and a parts list, it's a Scarebird kit. They make kits for the early d series pickups too. The converter would stall 3800 behind a mild 451 I had in the truck. Cab, I've seen that A-100, he has had it over here at Firebird, not a very talkative guy??? I'm hoping the thing will at least run as fast as my old pickup! Or I'll be putting in a roll bar for nothing!!! [img]https://image.ibb.co/erfe0H/image.jpg[img]

Nice looking pickup, nice to see some more A-100's! Are the springs moved in to fit those tires? What block is the 471 motor based on? I have a '67 A-100 panel van,ex Vermont fire truck 318,3-speed manual, 3.91.The body is 90% done but in storage. I was piecing together a 5.7 Hemi for my Durango but bought a new crate motor for that.I'm thinking carbed 5.7 with a 4-speed for the van now!

The rear is on ladder bars. 28x14.50x15 on a 12” wheel with 3.5” back spacing. the engine used a 400 block, I had it together about 12 yrs ago with a offset ground rb crank, but the converter ballooned and took out the thrust on the crank. I saved the rods, Manley 6.76 .990- 2.20 and the pistons, ross 4.375. bought a molnar 3.90 crank and had a block machined. Topping it with a set of tf 270’s and a victor intake that I’m welding up to fit the intake port on the head. Going to be using a FI tech fuel injection on e-85. Hoping it well get out of its own way! Cab, this truck measure’s a little over 90” for the wheel base.

A local boneyard owner put a 383 in the back of one in my home town back in the 60s. He skipped the driveshaft, and bolted the front yoke right to the rear end! I didn't see it run much. I suspect the lack of a driveahaft created an issue or two!

This one has been for sale in Nor Cal since the untimely passing of its owner.

I talked with him at mopars at the strip, I'm thinking 2005, 2006??? Clean lil truck! It was for sale on here for a while after he passed. I hadn't seen the add anymore, so I'd thought it sold? Small block stroker, ran in the 10's!

Just a update for those that wonder. Poor thing still hasn't seen the street or strip yet..... My son is doing the body work and paint. with him having a family of his own, it get worked on when he can. He's put a lot of hours into it getting it ready for paint and it's close.... Best part is, I know what's under the paint! A few pictures
