how wide of rims are you using? m/t uses a 8.5-11 wide rim and they say the section width is only 12.9 and 11.9 tread. i ran 315's on my old dart... and i assure you that the 345/55/15's are at least 1.5 inches wider than a 315. the dart had the springs moved in to the frame rails and the 315's would rub sometimes. the 345/55/15's fit like a glove in my 69 plymouth...the 315's would look waayyy small compared to them. unless you are running them on a 12-14" rim?? is that even possible??? 
i dont know, the right size/ stance makes or breaks the car in my opinion, and i just want to fill the entire wheelwell, and i just don't want the same size tire on mine that will fit b body w/ stock wheelwells... does any of my rambling make any sense??
The 345 in the tire size designation tells you that they are 345 MM wide. So, the 315's are 30 MM narrower than the 345's.

Hi Josh! I really like that tire and how it fits. I have a brand new set in the wrapper - Hoosier Pro Street Radials 29x12.50R-15LT. They might be a little tall, but I will measure of course. I got them for a really good price, so I could sell them off and pay for M/T including shipping very easily. Thanks for all the pictures. Really appreciate it. Funny I'm just about to pull the trigger and you tell me you have a 4.75 back space. I was going to go with 5.5 inches. Wonder if it is different on a 69 RR? Then again typical Mopar quality for me the drivers side has the bigger wheel well.  My car does not sit as high as yours though.

Here's a novel idea, let's not throw a bunch of parts at the car hoping it will fix the problem and instead spend a little time diagnosing it first.

Hi Josh! Thanks for getting back to me. What wheel size and tires are you running with that backspacing. I ask because my 1969 Superbee has a backspace and a front space of 6-3/4. So I was thinking of going with 6-1/4 backspace for clearance. I would like to run a 15x10 wheel, but with that backspacing, it will cost me a fortune for 2 wheels. So I am at a real loss what to do using M/T 325/50x15, with a section width of 13 inches. Josh, click on my username, and see my email address and email if you would please.. I think 4.5" would be perfect, I may try a 1/4" spacer and see if it helps. The passenger wheelwell is bigger than the drivers side wheelwell. I guess that is just 1968 quality control.

Sorry I was not paying attention.  With a 345, the tire is a little wider than my calculations. With a 5.5 offset the tire would hit the leaf spring unless it (the spring) is moved inboard.
