I'll have a black with white AREA51 Dodges shirt on. Come say hello. Oh, and further more, y'all might see me along with staff helping out in organizing things in the hole if need be, being that I have some experience with that kind of stuff over the years. Hint, Hint... DVW, going to miss you and your Son. We'll hang this Winter since I'm trying to get Hemi-itis to come along with me as well. He can talk. LOL. and he loves those early B's. I'd also would love to meet some Chrysler engineering legends when I go again this Winter.

The Belv will be parked in the "show" area...I'll be roaming around somewhere sweating my butt off...
There is also a Car and Driver Cars and Coffee tomorrow AM at the M1 facility...I may swing by there before heading down to the airport.

I saw some pictures of Tom Bailey trying to sort out his Sick 1.0 camaro in an empty parking lot. I am sure he put on a good show.

Unfortunately Bailey went up in smoke in the first round. Was a good showing, mix of old school and new cars, track and street cars. Many of the favorites were knocked out early. Sorry I missed you FMJ!

Yeah, I came over to your cool car and missed you by a few moments. I recognized it from your posts. Actually saw you leaving at the end of the event and it was too late since I was all the way up on the Dodge tower. I saw you up at the starting line, but us common folk weren't allowed across the red tape, haha. There were a few outlaw 10.5 cars, the "pornstar" rail that is always at the No ET events, Disco Dean in the "Stinky Pinky Too" challenger...the big tire final was Doc in his old school Chevelle against the "Big Poppa" turbo 1st gen Camaro. It was nice to see an all motor bracket car keeping up with a bunch of 4 digit horsepower chassis cars. I was glad to see Dodge have a large supporting role. It fits with the whole image they are going after.

Then came the big surprise. I was looking for small tire/big tire 1000 HP brawlers and then this. This was after all going to be a Golf cart grudge shootout. LOL. My money was going to be on the little red one.

Brian O was one of the central organizers there and since I had no rolling dog in this fight, I can't speak for everyone there with a pair of wheels and cohones, but I felt that he held it down and was very concise and respectful to the racers needs and concerns. By the way, my man on the left in the wheelchair was steering a very nasty Mustang all on his own. Very proud of his efforts behind the wheel. Reminded me of a good old friend of mine nicknamed "Ironside" that both turned wrenches and steering wheels back in the day.
