just had my diff out to do a bit of maint, when we were reinstalling i noticed my wheelie bars are bent on one side. they're the cheaper bars that utilise a flat piece of alloy & a chrome bar with springs. it's the flat alloy bar thats bent, can i just go to an alloy merchant & buy a piece of stock of the shelf alloy flat bar, or is it some special compound bar they use for this part?

My brother uses that style and it didnt look like
anything special... I was thinking something like
6061T6

If they are not bent too bad you can straighten them with a couple two by fours and a dead blow hammer once you remove them of course.

If they are Competition Engineering brand, you can buy the replacement parts from Summit or Jegs very reasonably. I did.
