I think they are doing 2 things, 1) is that they are covering their butts IF it fails and 2) they can sell their product... it was good enough for the 14+ compression the first time.... why not the second. At one time they use to say that they were re-usable...I guess that changed

I have ALWAYS reused them and NEVER had a problem doing it.

I have reused them time and time again but one little trick is to spray them with Holomar --they will seal up NO PROBLEM--the Holomar STOPS any water issues--it will spring a leak in your wallet --approx $50 a can from CV Products but will go a long way
