I ran the predecessor(sp?) to an LD4B, which is a D4B on a 318 for a while, and it worked great.I ran the stock 318 heads, and a small Comp cam and it really woke that tired ol 318 up. Like was mentioned above, the worst part was having to fab a coil bracket.

My CH4B intake has that Chrysler part number also, I do believe that my buddies LD4B intake has the Chrysler part number also.

The LD340 I was using of a friends had the Chrysler number, but neither of the 2 I have do. The LD4B I had didn't have it. The DP4B BB intake that I borrowed and used on the Road Runner back in the day (and he still has) doesn't have it.
