Rear ride height will be a big factor.
My M/T 275's work really well and are centered in the wheelwell.
I experimented with flipping the front spring hangar to lower it further and both sides of the tire touched rhe inner and outer stock wheel tubs.
'63 Dodge 330
11.19 @ 121 mph Pump gas, n/a, through the mufflers on street tires with 3.54's. 3,600 lbs.
9.92 @ 135mph with a 350 shot of nitrous and 93 octane pump. 1.43 60 ft. 3,750 lbs.

Bump. Hey Gus, any photos yet? The Hoosiers that I had would no way be able to be driven even in the pits without rubbing the quarter panel so I ended up selling them and got some 29 X 9 M/T ET Drags. The sidewall was just too wide on the Hoosier Quick Times to fit without modifying the wheel tub or moving the springs in with a differn't off-set rim. So I just have the 275 M/T SR radials for the street and my slicks for the 2 races I plan on running this year. Gus
