So, bring up something new. CFE has new offset bore Chevy blocks. Now small block Chevy motors can go as large as 4.600", big blocks as large as 5.000" bore without moving centerline. How can that technology be applied to Mopar blocks? How great would that be?

Ummm cough cough..... not much different then "Post your old track photos" is it? I know old pics are like, ultra progressive.

You know this place is a mix of many things at times.

I never fully understood the 'Winter" thing, dont people have shops, a family garage, wood stoves, heaters...nows the time to get ready to play all next year.

Nah. Things run in cycles. Winter project time should pick things up a bit.

Maybe the questions and topics you find boring are new people coming into the hobby or maybe more trying to save money and doing things themselves and need help from the more knowledgeable?? Or it could be they are getting 4 different suggestions from possible builders and want tried and true answers?? Maybe you should tell the wife you are bored with Moparts and see if she has any projects for you through the winter!! smile Please dont take that any other way than just funnin!! See its not boring here!!

That won't work, the wife left me years ago and my Cat is off licking himself somewhere. Maybe some ice creme will help.

Ice cream helps. But if you could learn to do what the cat does, time would go by a little quicker for you.

That'll never work. Everyone knows plum crazy only works at lower altitudes.

wouldn't say it was boring,, but it has gotten a little stagnant.

Light travels faster than the speed of sound,,,this is why some people seem bright untill you hear them speak.

Went racing today. Street Car takeover at Wild Horse Pass. Loaded up all my stuff in the car, drove the valiant to the track. Unloaded all my stuff, pulled the exhaust. Made 5 passes, put the exhaust back on, loaded all the stuff back in the car, then drove home. I'm wore plum out.
