I plan to reverse cool my 540. I looked into putting anot air bleed in each head.

I like the LS bleed lines in the corners of the heads frt/bk.I think people are scared to drill the port in the head.

I don't think it has much effect unless you build and tune the engine for it. The idea is to build more detonation resistance into the engine and then increase compression ratio and/or spark advance curve.

There are plenty of vacuum coolant refill tools out there, costs are all over the place, but many under $100 usd. Makes it much easier to fill w/o air pockets. HTH, Steve
