The HAMB is based on Traditional rods built like, and from parts available before 1965. There is a huge international following there. They are somewhat tolerant of things produced after 65, but its not something you want to post about and draw attention to, until after you have been there a while, and even then not abundantly.

There is a huge data base there that covers everything that has been posted since its inception, and a lot of stuff that is now off topic has been addressed in the past. If you seek info concerning things like frame clips and such, I suggest to do a search before posting on the main board. They get bent out of shape over the words "Rat Rod" pretty quickly. Like any web board, there are rules, and if you bend the rules, you might get called out. Gene
