The same pans are available in chrome or zinc plated for just a few $$$ more. I linked the raw version (surface finish) because the same one is available through Summit. It's a pretty simple part, not much can go wrong. If it fits, I would use it. If not, send it back. All you risk is the return shipping.

Thanks for the info! Kinda confirms my suspicion that all cheaper pans come from the same factory. Take some pictures if you like, always up for some work for the cause. I figure a $94 Summit pan is better than my old hemi unit that is all dented to hell and sealed with JB Weld.

Mopar used two different street hemi oil pans, one from 1966 to 1969 that holds 5 quarts that needs the skid plate on the K member to avoid damages to it on the street and the 1970/1971 that has a different sump that holds 6 quarts and doesn't hang down as low as the first ones did Which one is this one It looks like a 402 B/RB wedge motor oil pan to me, not either one of the street hemi pans
