I wish I would have kept pictures of every step during the process.

1) Remove your bushings from the rear sway bar and head to O'reilly.
2) Ask them to match up your bushings by center hole dia, and must be oversized in all other regards.
3) Purchase a minimum of twice as many as you need (for ones you don't like the outcome)
4) I found using a grinding wheel worked best, remember to wear earplugs (wife will complain about the smell)
5) Grind to match your original remembering to leave them oversized a bit for a good tight fit.
6) If I remember correctly, I used WD-40 on installation to make pressing a little easier.

Pressing it in can be a challenge, having an extra set of hands and an imaginative setup will be key. Also remember that the bushing housing is larger on one side than the other, this makes it easy to get the bushing started as you will begin by pressing the small side into the larger end.

If you're looking to replace with urethane I can't speak from experience but suspect it will grind as well.
