Here is a similar flange Burns Stainless built for a set of headers I did for a Jon Kasse Boss 9. Not sure if you can copy any ideas over to yours.

Definatley very cool to have the tube socket in, and be blended back to the rectangle shape.

Nice looking pieces. What size primary tube was that? Probably easier to do when working with under 2 1/4" primary. The full transition looks nice, but probably isn't the lightweight way to go. Looks great none the less.

2 1/4" primary, definitely not the lightest you're right.

Excited to see yours completed! Might tempt me to make new headers for my car lol...

Fill in the center section between the ports. There is no benefit to it other than an aesthetic. My first thought when I saw the pic was "I'm glad I'm not machining them"

Put a 6.5 mm fillet between the two tubes, It will save you and your prospective buyers some $$$. Machining out the centre is going to require small cutting tools and a longer cycle time

I designed something similar for SBM many years ago, just never got around to making them.

Very nice! Probably clamp a little better between the ports that way. Great work!

All versions are complete. I will make small quantity runs in 2.00", 2.125" and 2.250" tube. Sets will include 2 centers and 4 outers. Working up the cost now and will get back to everyone that asked.

How much bigger are the CNC 345's over the CNC 325's?

A guy local here is making the turbo side flanges.

Good work again Brian! I wish you luck running the new combo. Hijack...what did you use for a camshaft in the new motor?

I didn't get a cam card on it so I won't know until I tear it down and check it. I know it is around .825" lift at the intake (that's really all I know).

Bringing it back up again. I have pricing and delivery now for all size primaries 2.00, 2.125 and 2.250 in both mild steel and stainless steel. They are much less expensive than SPD's CNC flanges that don't have the port transition.

If you haven't already messaged me, please send me a PM if interested. I have to imagine these fit the standard Indy -1 head port also....but maybe just a bit oversized.

As promised, here is the first part sample off the CNC. Just a few tweaks to the program (already been done) and they are ready for a Tuesday am production run. I will be getting back to everyone that expressed interest originally and I am making several extra sets to put on the shelf if anyone else is interested.

I guess I missed this question. I don't have a set of the 325's to compare to so I don't know how much smaller the ports are. I can't believe it is much different.

I would bet the exhaust side is the same between the 2 heads.
