Any Google search I do comes up with nothing. I'm guessing it's from late 70's, maybe the 80's. Maybe someone finds it familiar looking. Part number 4055276. I received it with a bunch of NOS 1970's parts. Mostly car parts but there were some van/truck parts. Thanks!

If it's from the '70s, it would be late '70s. Looks like an '80s part to me but don't quote me.

I recently installed a '77 m.y. harness in my truck, has a black fuse box and the single strip connector for the turn signal similar to the cars.

Based on similar part numbers, I'm guessing this is roughly 1978-? trucks. But that's all I can come up with.
4055258 is stamped on the fuse block piece. Seems I'll need to find 1980s truck in a junkyard and see if they're similar to this. I appreciate the response, RMCHRGR

Don't hold what I say as gospel as its been a number of years since I've messed with trucks, but, I think that is a fuse panel for an '81-'82?

'72 - '80 had the fuse panel mounted at the top of the dash next to the glovebox.

'81 was when the trucks got their face lift (and a new dash) which moved the fuse panel under the dash to a more conventional spot.

I'm thinking the first two years had the old style fuses then in '83 or '84 switched over to the blade type panel.

Thanks, I just remembered this post and checked back in. Trying to organize all these parts and will continue the search for one in a junkyard.

The fuse box isn't a 70s Dodge truck for sure. So I would go with an 80's model whatever.

Thanks guys! Sounds like 77ProStreet is pretty sure with his answer, so that's what I'll go with.
Appreciate the replies.

That "tear tag" number should get a good parts man somewhere, I believe.
