OD of drum is now 13 inches.When I eyeballed it,,,,thought for sure more than that would have to come off

Have they improved the light wt disc brakes?? I remember them not working as well on heavey cars. My heap is close to 3900 lbs and have gone 145 mph.............SO far.Time for a chute,but waiting time ti get into a shop is CRAZY in these parts!

This is for reference only but the difference between Wilwoods front with stock drums rear and wilwoods all round were night and day on my car.
I used to have to pull against the steering wheel to get extra leverage on the brake pedal on a good pass blush Thankfully not anymore smile

I've never put Strange all the way around on anything that heavy. I have put them on the back of heavy cars for the very reason this thread started. The heaviest 4 corner I've done with strange was 3350 and ran 172 in the quarter, and it stopped fine.
