A Google search will take you to the LXForums, lots of info there, from memory it's 215/220 ish and .570"ish lift, 117LSA?

yeah I doubt that would hurt the low end much on a 5.7

Not sure, does the VVT play into the ridiculous LSA? How much does the VVT move cam timing?

LSA is usually for emissions and clean smooth idle. That's why cam swaps in these things is alot of times worth 100hp.
