For the lifts they're saying you'd need lobes that are .400/.420. I don't show any hyd roller lobes from them that are .420 lift, but my lobe catalog is a couple of years old.
For that type of motor, with decent exhaust ports and headers, where you're only planning on turning it 6k......... it didn't need a 112lsa, or being installed straight up, or 10deg of split. I thought the TQ seemed kinda low....... I had forgotten they put the cam in at 112. With the low-ish range they were testing the motor, it's likely one of those situations where if you start higher(TQ output), you end higher. I think the cam on a 110, in at 106..... With less split, would have made more power within that operating range. It's just speculation...... We'll never know.

I didn't catch the size of the carb they dropped on. Did I miss it?
And if that 4150 beat the EFI, then the advertisers certainly don't want a Dominator on their "512".

Being the injection is a self learning..it will take more than a couple of minutes...plus on my injection.. it doesnt start to learn until its above 160*... what water temp were they running.. if it was 160* or below(like some dynos like to run for the big numbers) it would never learn... plus the injection will try to drive it to stoichiometric vs a richer point for power..unless you change the program on the upper end

I talked with someone who tested 500" (4.380 x 4.15) with the TF heads last week. 256/262-112 solid cam, .567/.585 w-1.5 rockers, 6bbl, 2" tti headers, 11:1. I had told him it should make 645tq/625hp, made 649tq/628hp. I would think with the TF intake and a big 4150 carb, maybe some sort of spacer, it would make another 25hp or so.
