I had a hood from them. I had to trim off about 5/8" off the front edge to make it fit right. It was for my old '73 Duster. I actually drove 3 hours to pick it up. Here's a pic of the U.S. Body Source world headquarters.

Has anyone used any USbody fiberglass parts hoods ect. Yes, but not recently. The pin-on T/A-style hood I bought for my Challenger back in the late '90s was pretty decent. It fit nicely, the finish was good enough not to require a lot of prep work before being painted semi-flat black, and it was beefy. How beefy? I brain-faded one night and hit the road w/o the hood pins... about 40 MPH the hood flew off & over the car and landed in the street behind me: chipped the rear corners. I put it back on and went to the track the next day anyway, then later had a local body shop that does 'glass work repair & repaint it. Can't say if they've changed since then, but my hood was a good piece for the money.

I bought a six pack scoop for my '69 7 years ago. I sold it 3 years later after spending too much to get it to fit. Too heavy imho.

Very nice upscale facility. I ordered a hood from them a month ago now I'm scared. So fit is not that good how about finish?? Tom I wouldn't worry about how the place looks. I got some basically perfect fiberglass parts from a guy whose shop looked like an abandoned garage... fiberglass people are odd

While we're asking, who makes a cowl hood for a '69 Barracuda?

Tom, I ordered 2 hoods from Glasstek about 4 weeks ago. One for my Dart Sport and one for 493_johns Demon. They told me 4 weeks so hopefully they will ship next week. I will let you know how the quality is once they arrive.
Randy I started a different post not long ago about fiberglass hoods and so far Glasstek is at the top of the list. I really look forward to hearing about their quality also. Thank you very much!!
