I used chrome electrical panel block-offs - can't remember the size after all these years though.
Old, tired, and sometimes broke down. Me, not my car...

Ace hardware has alot of of those type of plugs (the serrated edges that snap into the hole)
live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth

I got mine from Home Depot. They had chrome and stainless. Also got one for the antenna hole.
