That six pack hemi should of been an factory option.
Tom Hoover had been testing factory prototype manifolds as early as 1969 on his personal 66 HEMI powered Coronet, plus several factory mule test cars, it was slated for a late 1971 production introduction/option on the HEMI, but by May of 1970 corporate has already pulled the plug on the HEMI, with 71 being the last production year, so no new development was going to take place for RPO's

Wow, positive comments on the trip holley carbs..... who would of thought.
But really ive been into six-packs for 30 plus years and cringe at so many uninformed neg. comments on them.
It would devalue my hemi car to do the swap, but id sure as heck like to.
That six pack hemi should of been an factory option. doesn't devalue it at all, as long as you keep the original setup, and can put it back on. i don't anticipate getting to it for a while, but sounds like fun!
