I agree, make it what you want. Some here may hate me for this,but back in the 80s I cut up a 1970 V code sedan Road Runner. Moved springs in and full wheel tubs, stretched the wheel openings, frame connectors and 10 pt. cage. It didn't have original motor or trans so I figured why not. I don't regret cutting it, however I do regret selling it! get busy do what you want after all it's yours !! I agree, life is short, do what you want to do...I could care less what people are going to think after I'm gone.
