Hey all,

I'm having trouble with the tail lights on my '03 ram. My reverse lights are coming on with the brake lights, and running lights. Also when the running lights are on, the left (driver) side brake light is on. I've checked, and cleaned all the bulbs/sockets. I don't see any grounding problems off hand. No freyed wires..

I can't find any decent wiring diagrams off google.

I've replaced the bed recently, and everything was working fine right afterwards.

Any ideas?

If the curcuit boards went out, wouldn't the lights not come on? I already replaced them too. I have 2 sets. The originals, and another pair when I got new tail lights. I get the same problems with both sets.

The only ground for the lights I can find is the main ground for all the lights right next to the battery. They are grounded on the same bolt as the battery ground to body.

Sure sounds ground related. I would make sure the tailights are grounded but good, whichever method they ground by. (Socket to housing, housing to bed, bed to frame etc.)
