dodge and ford wheels interchange--gm wheel center is too small...some of the old trucks have a big spring under the dash on the clutch linkage-----
you probably want to see how big the wheel studs & nuts are on your Dodge, some of the heavy duty trucks have larger wheel studs & lug nuts, those will add an additional challenge to your wheel hunt. If you have the standard 1/2" studs, all is good.
Some of the ford 8 bolt wheels also have a smaller center hole. That center hole can be opened up and then the wheels will work, all the 8 bolt wheel bolt patterns that I have seen are the same. The clearance issue is where the wheel clears the end of the rear axle, and where the center of the wheel sits against the drum face on the front.
A leaking hose on the hydraulic clutch line will cause the pedal to stay down, and will also not allow enough travel to release the pressure plate completely. Gene
