Looks real good.. how close are they to being equal, of course packageing comes first
First, I hope your doing/feeling alot better! Packaging came first. They are better then the Proparts headers, but not equal length. There is about 6 inches difference between the longest and the shortest. #'s 1 and 2 are the longest, and #'s 5 and 6 are the shortest. More or less in the mid 30 inch range.

very nice job on the headers!!! where did you get those flanges?? i had headers made that are very similar to yours, they're also 2 1/4, 4" collectors. i have a NA 540, with future plans (pipe dream) for an F2.
Thanks, but yours look better! I got the flanges from a member here, Jim/TS3303. I don't even know who made them? I think they were for B1 heads, but fit the port pretty good, and are 3/8's thick, and were cheap!

Any idea how many L's and J's you ordered. I would love to have enough on hand to do it all at one time without having to re-order.
-Dave
It sortta depends on what you have to clear but on most headers that I build I figure 3 J bends per tube but you also need to know what radius's you will need, on some pipes you may have a couple of different radius on one pipe(for clearance).. try to use the largest radius that clears(they flow better) and the fewest bends possible... again they flow better
I'll look at my receipt, and count them up. I agree with what's mentioned above. Some 45 degree bends would have been nice, instead of using 90's, or cutting and welding to make a slight bend.
