Best setup for 15 inch wheels would be a C body knuckle so you can run the thicker C body rotor. It takes work to get it on there but it can be done. I designed up a C body knuckle conversion for my car but I never installed it. The knuckle is extra tall so you need a new upper control arm.
The C body rotor is 1.25 inches thick so the Viper calipers fit without needing pad spacers. With some creative welding+ machine work the Viper calipers will bolt directly to the C body knuckles.
I mocked all of this stuff up a few years back but at the end of the day it was just a lot less work (and money) to swith over to 17 inch rims. The 17 inch rims allowed me to build a very easy 13 inch rotor kit with a ton of caliper choices. Sometimes you just have to take the easy path. I did this 5 years ago. Works great! Mitch , it fit with my 15" minilite wheels too. You will need the one year only spindles though ( 1973) And they are desirable and expensive usually. Relatively speaking.... http://www.cuda-challenger.com/cc/index.php?topic=73985.0

feets what are the other diameters of the bearings? maybe make a cup to seat the small b body bearing that will press into the rotor? The problem is the spindle. It has a smaller diameter on the outer bearing. You either have to sleeve it from .750" to .8661" or find a bearing with a smaller ID.

69-72 c body rotors are not a cheap item - aprox $130 ea and not a lot of choices
If you can get some worn ones, you can remove the disc from the hub and replace them with some around '75 vintage ramcharger/w100 4wd front rotors (raybestos #7036r, $29ea @ rockauto), you will need new studs too. Hubs may need machining to make it square - the factory would have you fitting them to the hubs and then machining the disc, screw that
So, significantly cheaper rotors and you can get drilled and or slotted ones cheap if that floats your boat ($90 a pair on feabay)
It is very hard to find calipers that exceed the surface area of the 2.75 piston brakes, there are very few out there and unless you -really- need to shed weight, get some, paint em red and feel happy that your factory parts are better on paper than a new set of willwoods

69-72 c body rotors are not a cheap item - aprox $130 ea and not a lot of choices 73 and later rotors are the same size and are available from $35-$65 each on Rock Auto. If you can get some worn ones, you can remove the disc from the hub and replace them with some around '75 vintage ramcharger/w100 4wd front rotors (raybestos #7036r, $29ea @ rockauto), you will need new studs too. Hubs may need machining to make it square - the factory would have you fitting them to the hubs and then machining the disc, screw that I've done that but not with that rotor. It is very hard to find calipers that exceed the surface area of the 2.75 piston brakes, there are very few out there and unless you -really- need to shed weight, get some, paint em red and feel happy that your factory parts are better on paper than a new set of willwoods Factory brakes are good and floating calipers are easier to package. However, you can gain brake pad surface area with larger fixed calipers.

So can anyone tell me which bearings and seal to use 73 rotors on the 71 c body spindles?
