Where can I find a flywheel mounted pilot bearing for a BB engine without the countersunk steel crank?

Are you looking for this? It does not mount to the flywheel. It actually is put where the nose of a torque converter sits.

b287 or pb287

I got one that has the bronze bushing from partsamerica for about $10. Fits in the convertor register.

$32 for a pilot bearing?

I dont think it'll work without milling down the taper on the input shaft. The crank needs to be opened up to accept a pilot bearing.

Well?......don't tell that to the 76 440 cast auto crank that I used this bearing in with a manual transmission, I wouldn't want it to reject it ......FYI, it was a bolt in deal
