Thanks!
May have to adjust the unisteer pulley a bit.
How did you pull and press back on the pulley?
Did you use a standard 3 prong puller and then
..?

Here is a pic showing the Bouchillon AC mount on a BB Challenger (B core engine). The pulley setup is all early 70's BB from Bouchillon except the big alternator which lines up like an original roundback/squareback except it hangs out farther. I went with the "all early 70's" pulleys after attempting a mixed setup which did not work. This uses two belts for alternator + AC and a single belt for fan/WP/PS. Works well and needs a good belt for the single fan/WP/PS correctly adjusted to prevent squeal on heavy acceleration in lower gears. I used a few flat washers on the brackets as recommended to fine tune alignment but no significant issues.

PS pump is a rebuilt BB Saginaw unit on Bouchillon brackets. Bouchillon WP pulley and "B with AC" alternator mount from a '78 Cordoba core engine... which lines up just like the repop early 70's "with AC" bracket. The crank pulley is a 4 groove March aluminum version at 6.25" vs steel original of ~7.25"... which keeps belt speeds near stock with my warmed up engine.
