The ones I make lay nice and even. I test fit each of them b4 shipping. Also, the louvers and nice and parallel to each other. They are not heat warped from all the welding like some other on the market. Resto Rick www.restorick.com has some cudas in stock. I have some Challenger ones in stock email me at domingo426@gmail.com if you are interested in the Challenger ones. Im not gonna be making more of these...once my remaining stock is gone...its gone!

I also got one repro, but i dont know from where it comes..It looks like crap. Dont know have to fix it,its alot of air between the corners of the louver and roof.. So there are 2 different styles of louvers, one for challenger and one for cuda?? Im afraid the paint will crack/get damage if i try the "tweaking" method.. Anyone have a bright idea of how to make it fit better.. Here are some pictures..

My Gregory louvers are nice.. but yeah, the corners don't touch the body. I'd say they sit up about 1/4" at the worst points. Overall very nice though. The first set I got shipped to me were either damaged or were a really bad set. Gregory said they were damaged and a claim was filed, but the shipping box was so sturdy, I couldn't see how the shipping co. could have damaged them...
Gregory also swore up and down the originals didn't have chrome hardware and I knew that was BS. I bought the Year One hardware and kinda thought it was ridiculous to deal with the situation the way he did....but oh well. Glad someone else is making the parts now.
Exact same experience here, 1st set was really bad, also claimed it was shipping damage. But it didn't look that way to me, and UPS wouldn't cover the "damage".
He did send another set, but as you can see, not the greatest fit at the corners.
