Getting away from the Steering Column for a moment...
When painting the package tray green, would you use the green paint that is used for the metal (suede paint) or the paint that is used to dye/paint the plastic?
Or, something different?

I know that when you look in the back window you see the package tray, seat back, side panels, and maybe even the window surround.

What paint have you used to paint the package tray?
