Just for the record if two identicle heads but aluminum and iron presented themself to me for the same low price I would go aluminum, I just don't think iron heads have cooties. Quality iron heads can be had for cheap, not aluminum. The thing is you can get W2s for less than eddelbrocks, about a wash when you count rockers but you can still make a lot more power with the W2.

come off my 416 they'll go back on my 396 that was
the backup for the race car.. but now that I sold
my 405 W-9 engine that 396 will go into the car
