I bought one from US CAr Tool 2-3 years ago. It worked awesome, except it didn't come with all of the pieces. After multiple calls and emails I gave up on getting the missing piece from them.

I bought an engine hoist from harbor freight for 99 a few years back... I used the base with wheels section to make my engine dolly. Works great and it's like a 2x2 foot part that's easy to store out of the way. The reason I bought it was my old hoist, the cylinder went bad... so I got my cylinder and an engine dolly for cheap
