PK 2892090L 2784 0623

PK = Kokomo, IN transmission plant
2892090 = 1969 B&C-body 383 2bbl automatic transmission
2784 = Wednesday, March 12, 1969 assembly date
0623 = transmission unit number

there should be a partial VIN on the passenger side of the transmission case, what is it?

Chrysler built their automatics to suit the engines they would be bolted to. In your case, this is the least heavy-duty of all the bigblock torqueflites.

I know because I bought one a long time ago not understanding that they could vary on the inside. It's still sitting under the workbench.
