We have had a Mopar Shootout/Track Day for years now at Spring Fling Speed Festival (April 9, 2015). We invite all Mopars old and new to participate in a organized track day with tons of track time, and instructors that are used to older cars.

April 9th. Well, it is painted and I have most of the pieces. I need to do a little assembly now... you guys let Texans come visit the state?

You bet. Come on over.

Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knott's Berry Farm, etc for the kids.

I've also been biting my tongue since Lee told me about it. Glad to hear the Barracuda went to a good home. It's had a good home for many years. Did it stay in the Bay Area?

Steve, I gave Lee a copy of my video that included the year the Valiant was there. I don't know if he's had a chance to watch it yet.

Lee, like I said before I've got the trailer here and we can arrange something, if necessary.

I'd like to make it out one year. Unfortunately that falls the weekend before the BBORR event. That's a lot of work to miss. Maybe the car can catch a ride west and I can fly out.

I was thinking I would just drive. I'll have to give the trailer thing some thought. All of it is moot if I do not finish the car before the event.

Thanks for the offer. We'll see how my finances look early next year. Hopefully the tax man won't suck my wallet dry again.
