Drag Pak plenum volume = 113.54 cui = x 16.38 = 1.859 litres

Modman = 7x3x14" = 294 cui x 16.38 = 4.8 litres

Clearly the Modman plenum is over twice the volume of the Drag Pak, has a 90deg turn to the runner and lacks runner length.

To expect this intake to work efficiently with one carb is insane.

With two...there may not be much overall differential between the total volume of the Drag Pak inc. runners and the Modman - but the bent shot at the runners cannot help ts performance.....

This may not be such an issue at higher rpm.....but it sure as heck explaines why such a HUGE pump shot is needed to get the Modman to work at all on a track launch.
