I'm looking for input for my dad. He wants to mini-tub and put a four link in his '63 Dodge MW. Any advice or pictures would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Not as adjustable as a full 4 link but better than a ladder bar.
I went from a ladder bar to this ultra link system and love it.I have been running it in my dart for probably 7 years now.
Good to know! Call it a 4 bar or restricted 4 link...whatever it is nice to hear someone with 1st hand experience giving positive feedback. Like I stated earlier, lots of people on YB love them...mostly because they'll fit under factory floors.

My car has all stock floor pans and frame rails.I like the ultra link because the bottom bars being all one piece works like a anti roll bar to.My car is 3,200 pounds with a true 10.5 tire and has been mid 1.20 60ft.

You have any pictures of your chassis to post to see what it looks like? Picture of your car's stance would be nice too! Thanks

Is there a diagonal bar in there somewhere?

There is no need for a diagonal bar when the bottom is all solid.

Thank you Kiddart

Unless it is going to be 80% race car, I would go with the mini tubs and cal-tracs. A four link will take away some of the streetability.
Yes a 4-link can be driven on the street, but for the slight ajustability advantage, it may not be worth sacrificing the better ride of the leaf springs.
A consideration for a "street car" is a triangulated 4 link, similar to a G body or a Mustang. I actually have that under a Challenger. I used Mustang type arms with urethane ends and the end can turn. Built custom brackets. The triangulated bar eliminate the need for a locator or a wishbone. With a good shock, the ride is 10 times better than buggy springs and at the track, a 4 bar is a 4 bar
