Haven't seen any posts from Clutch in some time....I believe he had his truck in the 9's.

I bought one of his fiberglass front bumpers for our truck....very nice piece and only weighed like three pounds with aluminum brackets....wish he was still around

Member (Clutch) does a lot of fiberglass boat repairs and made a few of them awhile back. Luckily I ended persuading him to part with one....I believe at one time he was working on a lightweight hood as well....but doesn't seem to be posting much anymore...???

Super Nice Guy as well.

Might want to look at replacing the lower a-arms with pocketed units from a 3/4 ton Van.....do a search in the truck forum....there's tons of info. With those a-arms you might not have to cut any coils...???

It's a pretty straight forward swap.....

So from what I read I need to get 78-98 B van control arms? Do they have to be 3/4 ton or are all B van LCAs the same?
